One-on-One Training

WHAT TO EXPECT Workouts will be customized to match your specific needs following a movement/fitness assessment and aligning with your desired goals. My training methodology emphasizes functional strength movements, alongside guidance on breathing techniques and proper form for each exercise. My aim is to ensure that you leave each session feeling strong and energized! After purchase, you will receive an email with a health history questionnaire to fill out, going over any physical limitations you may have so that I can customize a program just right for you. Training will kick off with a complimentary 30-minute consultation call, where we'll review your health history questionnaire, discuss scheduling, and give you the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have before we dive in. Each session will be either 30 minutes or 60 minutes long (if choosing 30 minutes, twice per week is recommended for best results). Nutritional coaching can be implemented as part of your training package. Please inquire during consultation for more information. You can contact me at any time throughout the week via text for guidance and support.

Group Training

Train with your friends! Join a group or create your own.  Training sessions take place at 8th Day Gym in Grand Rapids, Michigan. (Off-site training options available on request)

  • Semi-Private training, 2-6 people

  • 60 minute sessions

  • Customized fitness, in a more cost effective group setting

WHAT TO EXPECT Workouts will be tailored to fit the needs of each individual in the group. Marnie's training methodology emphasizes functional strength movements, alongside guidance on breathing techniques and proper form for each exercise. Marnie aims to ensure that you leave each session feeling strong and energized! After purchase, you will receive an email with a health history questionnaire to fill out, going over any physical limitations you may have (for example: arthritis), amonth other things. Training will begin with a free 30 min. consultation call with Marnie, going over your health history questionnaire, talk about location and scheduling, the group dynamic, and a chance to ask any questions you may have before getting started We will coordinate the location and the time as a group Each session will be 60 minutes long You will have access to Marnie any time throughout the week via text or email for questions or support

General workout classes and YouTube videos leave you feeling a little achey & tweaked, or you just aren’t feeling the results you want to feel You're goal is to build lean muscle mass, enhance energy levels, and avoid depletion. You're seeking a trainer who understands the complexities of hormone health and the struggles of perimenopause and/or menopause. You value the support from a trainer that focuses on non-aesthetic goals and overall well-being. You want to be held accountable for your workouts.

Customized monthly workout programs you can do on your own schedule in the comfort of your own home with your own equipment, or at a gym.

  • 3 month initial commitment

  • Weekly check-ins with Marnie + Contact Marnie throughout the months as needed

  • Includes 3-4 workouts / week with schedule emailed to you

WHAT TO EXPECT Drawing on her extensive experience and expertise, Marnie crafts a personalized program tailored to your unique body and needs. These workouts are dynamic and efficient, maximizing your time as a busy individual. This monthly program can be adapted for use in a home gym or seamlessly integrated as a supplement to your existing gym membership. Additionally, each workout includes links to tutorial videos for every exercise, ensuring clarity and proper execution. After purchase, you will receive an email with a health history questionnaire to fill out, going over any physical limitations you may have and other details that will help Marnie cater the program to your needs. The program will begin with a 30 min. Zoom call consultation with Marnie, going over your health history questionnaire, a brief movement assessment to check alignment, physical tendencies, and form, and a chance to ask Marnie any questions you may have. Within 48 hours following the consultation call, you will recieve your weekly guide via email. The guide will include direct links to tutorial videos for each exercise The guide will include warm-ups & 3-4 workouts per week. We will discuss what to do on your active rest days or cardio days in between. You will receive weekly check-ins from Marnie and will have contact with her as you need throughout the month. The workouts will be designed for the equipment you have available to you

Those in search of a program crafted by a professional who understands their abilities and limitations without guesswork.
