I'm so glad you're here

My Story

I grew up in Colorado where being active was always a part of my life. I naturally gravitated towards outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and skiing, and I even dabbled in rock climbing. However, when I made the move to Michigan, fitness took on a whole new meaning for me. It became more than just a hobby—it became a source of comfort and stability as I adjusted to life in a new city.

During that transitional time, I joined the local YMCA and found group fitness. I experienced first-hand how much it could change lives both mentally and physically. I discovered that I had a passion for fitness and wanted to help others experience its benefits, so I became a certified fitness instructor and began teaching indoor cycling and strength classes at the YMCA. I was drawn to personal training because I wanted to provide a customized approach to fitness. More than twenty years later, I'm still at it, working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, from beginners to seasoned athletes. I especially love working with clients facing health challenges, such as arthritis or chronic back pain, and seeing how physical fitness helps not only their bodies but their spirits.

Fitness is different for every body. Literally. Bodies come in all shapes, sizes, strengths and abilities. I'm all about personalized programs, crafted just for you, blending top-notch, scientifically proven methods from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Precision Nutrition. My aim? Making workouts effective and fun, keeping you motivated even on off days. Trust me: I know that fitness isn't just about exercise; it's about nurturing a positive relationship with your body and surpassing your limits.

While exercise is certainly important for a healthy lifestyle, it's just one piece of the puzzle. That's why I'm dedicated to guiding you through other crucial aspects of the wellness continuum like nutrition,

hydration, recovery, and mindset. Because when we focus on all
