I worked with Marnie for almost 10 years, starting in the YMCA cycle studio and transitioning to personal training. Marnie brings joy, intelligence, and genuine care to her fitness programming. I’ve worked with Marnie since 2013. At that time I had only been doing cardio workouts and needed some guidance on strength training. She set up a program for me that constantly changed with my needs/wishes and explained why and what I was doing. Over the years I have had some hip and knee trouble and each time she created a plan to address those issues. She is a wonderful trainer - knowledgeable, thoughtful, clever, and personable!
